Reasons why I love being roommates with Elayna!
1. She knows the words to every Taylor Swift song and when listening to it in our room, we switch off lines of lyrics and it's perfect.
2. Sometimes when the room is quiet except some music playing, we break into song at the exact same moment, then crack up.
3. We make cookies together all the time.
4. She is passionate about Crossfit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
5. Her family is reading a Christian book together and have a weekly Google Hangout where they talk about their thoughts and feelings about what they read. (so so cute)
6. She loves her sister's son so much (and insists on showing me every snapchat of him that her mom or sister send her)
7. She has the urge to pee JUST as I'm getting in the shower ALL THE TIME.
8. She takes school seriously, but not too much.
9. She loves cats and I love cats and she has the most adorable cat ever and I want to steal Mia.
10. We are both equally capable of distracting each other from homework via funny videos, pictures, songs, ect.
11. Whenever I complain about class or homework, Elayna says "Don't do it!" or "Don't go!" which always convinces me to go it/go.
12. We equally value privacy.
13. We both go to bed early.
14. She reads good books and makes me read them (Ex: The Fault in Our Stars).
15. She knows she doesn't need make-up or laboriously styled hair to be beautiful.
16. She loves God and is committed to living that love out! (She just got baptized this year!)
17. We can communicate our thoughts and feelings to each other with whines and whimpers.
18. Her laugh is freaking contagious. And she laughs a lot. My abs hurt often.
19. Neither of us speak English very well.
20. We both sing in the shower.
21. We both sleep with teddy bears and aren't embarrassed of the fact!
22. We both pee in the shower, and are unashamed.
23. Recently we've been saying the same thing at the same time and it's weird. Like, we smelled food and at the same time looked up and said, "Food."
24. She's really good at matching outfits.
25. She has awesome socks.
26. She is really good at making her hair cute.
27. She doesn't feed my ego.
28. We speak the same flavor of sarcasm.
29. I can't tell when she's kidding. I believe her no matter how ridiculous what she's telling me.
30. I'm slowly turning her towards country music. Slowly but surely.
31. We have a similar desire for a MAN, not a boy.
32. We have similar dating horror stories. I think we dated the same idiot.
33. Neither of us have had Gwinnicorns/Unicorns/Gwinn Crushes (or at least, admitted to it).
34. She enjoys torturing me with bell peppers in the room.
35. We always offer each other some of our food, even (or perhaps especially) when we know the other doesn't like it.
36. We would both rather stay in on a Friday night and watch a chick flick while painting out nails than go partying.
37. She has good hygiene.
38. She is super considerate when one of us wants to make a call or skype.
39. She is used to and accepts me even though I burp and fart like no other.
40. She turned me into the sort of person who makes their bed EVERY MORNING.
41. She buys the toilet paper we both prefer (even though our school provides free toilet paper) (their toilet paper is more like sand paper).
42. We both have a healthy appreciation for J.Biebs.
43. She has created a man-collage about my bed, so I am constantly looking at random men from magazines.
44. We always ask about borrowing things, even though we know the answer is yes.
45. She doesn't judge me for singing female empowerment songs really loudly. Cause honestly, we all gotta do it sometimes.
46. When she's gone overnight I am sad. The room turns creepy when she's not here.
47. We share the chore load equally, and sometimes do each other's dishes just to be nice.
48. We both write a lot of letters. And both love stickers and stamps.
49. She knows me and still loves me.
50. I have a lot of blackmail on her. But she trusts me to never use it. ;)
